• Groups for Neurodivergent Adolescents & Adults

Coming together and finding ones community is an important part of neurodivergent self-discovery, particularly in adolescents and adults. The need for community can be even more important for individuals who have been diagnosed later-in-life and are looking to learn from others who have navigated some of the same challenges. However, few groups exist specifically for these individuals. This is where I come in!

I provide two unique groups to help provide neurodivergent individuals with opportunities to connect with peers, share their challenges and successes, and learn skills to help thrive: Support Groups and TTRPG Therapy Groups.

Support Groups meet once a week for eight to ten weeks. During this time participants will have the opportunity to connect with others, receive support, and learn more about their own neurodivergence, as well as neurodiversity as a whole. For more information about this group, please reach out!

TTRPG Groups meet once a week for six weeks. During thistime participants will work collaboratively to complete a fun and exciting campaign where they will have to use their knowledge, wits, and abilities of persuasion
to conquer challenges with their peers. This group is based on the Game to Grow method, and incorporates therapeutic skills into traditional table top role-play games, such as Dungeons and Dragons and Pathfinder!

Currently all groups are held online in order to make them accessible to individuals throughout the state of California.
